Beatrice's first set of grandparents arrived today! A little later than planned, but they finally made it. Beatrice was over-the-moon to meet them and spent the rest of the afternoon being a perfect angel. Grandpa Bill sang "At the Hop" and lots of other songs to her (now she's spoiled and will spurn my singing I'm sure, as he is a professional musician), and Grandma Elizabeth held her and cooed with her much of the afternoon (she's a professional too, so now Beatrice is really spoiled)
After dinner Dad got his Pensioner's Card carrying case and other 60th birthday treats. The big gift? We're off to Jane Austen's House tomorrow!
Zack and Beatrice got some good cuddle time in this evening as well, as they like to do in the evenings. Now we're just waiting for Uncle Graham to arrive on Friday!
