You'd be shocked how many people still assume Beatrice is a boy even when she's dressed like this. I think it is the whole bald and toothless thing. (Daddy calls this her "ruffle-butt" outfit)
Luckily, she was all dressed up this afternoon in her third outfit of the day (don't ask what happened to outfits #1 and #2!) - because she got to meet her Great-Grandpa Don, who surprised us with a quick visit. He and Arline stopped by on their way up Santa Ynez for the weekend. It is nice to have family so near by!
Beatrice particularly enjoyed Arline's rings and bracelets. We're hoping she didn't actually steal anything.
Finally, Beatrice had some time outside yesterday...naked. She sort of liked it. The grass was not a favorite.
