Experiments!

We ended up with dry ice after getting burgers sent to us in the mail (don't look at me).  Beatrice thought it was so cool.  She 'cooked' with it for ages.    

She also made herself a new shoe out of a tube.

And had some fun with Bloomberg stickers for the keyboard

Beatrice also shocked us by bringing the monkey (gorilla), elephant and giraffe over after reading Goodnight Gorilla with us (for the ten thousandth time today).  All the characters are in the book.  Don't worry, I am the one who lined them up.  Still, it was really neat to see her connect the playmobile toy animals to those drawn in the book.  Then she brought over the playmobile baby and cradle, so we sang her new favorite song "Rock a bye baby" which she requests by singing "Ra BYE!"

We've also been having some outside time in the sun and (dry) pool now that the weather is cooler again.


Bebe's friend Kate came over this morning with her mom Heike.  They played very well together, particularly enjoying the kissing game and fort time.  And Beatrice sat on Heike almost the whole time, of course.
