Happy Halloween

Beatrice went trick or treating with Eleanor and Anna.  A few houses were a bit scary, but she still had a great time.

I think Beatrice enjoyed her Halloween.

Not quite Halloween

Yes, Beatrice really wore this outfit...no, it wasn't Halloween yet.  But boy oh boy was it chilly in the house (thus the multiple layers)

Beatrice also did 'tickers' (stickers) and put on Sarah B's shoes (really Becky's)

More pictures from the zoo...Beatrice started screaming, "Pup pile, pup pile!" when she saw these two lizards on top of each other.  So cute!

Tough day

It's been a rough 24 hours for Beatrice.  Lots of resting and trying to keep food down.  Tomorrow will be a better day - I can feel it - not least of which because she'll get to look at the blog ("BeBe pic, BeBe pick-ture").  Plus she'll get a chance to search through Uncle Graham's fabulous photoshop to find her own picture.  Can you spot her?  [Hint:  Lower right]

So (some) people, especially those with any experience uploading the pictures (seriously only 5 at a time - why??), ask me why in the world I bother?  My answer used to be the folks in Georgia.  But now...Beatrice's blog has a new biggest fan - the girl herself.  Yes, these are pictures of her staring at herself, the videos, and naming everyone in the photos.  I've created a monster.

Before dinnertime yesterday she was great...she made Jello with Sarah B (but didn't eat any of it)

And had a blast at the park again...

But today was tough.  I managed a way to stay home and sit with her the first part of the morning.  All we did was sit and watch Barney (which is proof that both Sarah B and I love her dearly).  Beatrice did manage some food later in the day, but...not as much as the picture implies!

Trick or Treat

Flower...skunk...flower.  I only realized right now how cute that is.

We went over to Megan, Colby, Eleanor & Anna's for Colby's birthday breakfast party on Sunday.  Not that you can tell that from the pictures of course...

Sunday afternoon was busy too - Rockridge hosted trick or treating at all the local shops (you know you're in California when your kid trick or treats at a sushi restaurant)

Beatrice had fun, and Zack and I had a blast.  It's crazy how amazingly fun being a parent is.  I feel completely wrapped around her tiny finger.

Except for having to get in the bouncy castle with her in the afternoon - that part made both of us nauseated.

Cal Game / Party

Awww...Daddy and Beatrice cuddled after a full day - we went to the Cal Game and Beatrice hung out with Will.
