We enjoyed a Saturday touring the highlights of Santa Barbara - the Farmer's Market downtown and wine-tasting. At the Farmer's Market we enjoyed a bit of payback in addition to the beautiful day. The payback was for Grandma Elizabeth and Granddaddy Bill (this should teach them to send out mean emails about Chick-Fil-A):

After a lazy morning and the market, we headed out over the hills. Our first winery did NOT like children, so Beatrice spent some quality time outside trying out her new ORANGE shoes. How cool is that?
Beatrice was a good sport for most of the driving.
Luckily once we got to the Alma Rosa winery...there were HORSES! and CATS! and lots and lots of people who thought Beatrice (and her ORANGE shoes) were just adorable.
We had a great time visiting with Jennifer. Thanks for coming all the way out to see us!
