Zack captured a great moment of Beatrice checking out all of her family pictures on her wall. Every now and then she'll take a moment and lean in to take a look at everyone. Sarah B is also very good at pointing everyone out; I'll often overhear her saying to Beatrice, "Now look, that's you with Mama when you were just a baby. And there is Eleanor...."
I love this picture because I've seen this exact same expression on Granddaddy Bill's face a thousand times. For those of you who know him, enlarge the picture and see if you don't agree.
Beatrice also got an early Easter basket from her grandparents in Georgia. She loves the pocketbook best (of course, especially as we didn't feed her any of the candy!)
Beatrice and I celebrated St Patrick's Day with "matching" green shirts. Beatrice celebrated the day, as she does everyday these days, by dragging around "her" pocketbooks.
Ian and Laina came over for a St Patrick's Day feast that Zack (with his 1/4 Irish self) cooked for us. After we tore Ian away from it...yum.
